Private pool with lots of space, close to beaches

Located in the gated community Malaga Herradura, my home is a very spacious place near beaches, forests, rivers, and national parks. Herradura Beach is just 5 minutes from the condo. Jaco is only about 10 minutes, and Hermosa Beach, great for surfing, is just 15 minutes' driving.

This is an ideal place during both the dry and rainy seasons. You can use the entire space, including a sizeable roofed terrace in the back, which is great for relaxing and staying outside the house when it is raining.

The place is very comfortable. It has AC in all the bedrooms. It is a unique house for those who love outdoors. It also has a green area that is a shared area in the condo that can be used to hang out and relax.

BE AWARE that we will enable rooms based on the number of people visiting. We will allow access to one room when two people are renting, two rooms for four people, and three rooms for six or more people. You will still have the entire property for your own (no sharing) and freely use all the spaces like the living room, bathroom, kitchen parking, and terrace with no restriction. Please make sure you select the right number of visitors when booking the place to avoid problems during your stay.

I am usually available, and there is always someone taking care of the property all the time.

Gated community Malaga Herradura, very safe, and open place with 24/7 security. It is also very close to grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Getting around is very easy. Car is recommended to visit places nearby, but you can also move around by bike, taxi or even public transportation.
